Higher gloss, higher wear resistance (airless spray floor paint hardly adds diluent). High pressure airless spraying method is used for floor paint construction.

1、漆噴(pen)(pen)涂(tu)施工時，噴(pen)(pen)槍(qiang)(qiang)應(ying)與(yu)被噴(pen)(pen)工件表(biao)面(mian)垂直，距離表(biao)面(mian)30-40cm。噴(pen)(pen)槍(qiang)(qiang)應(ying)以合適的速率均勻移動，并在地(di)板表(biao)面(mian)平行(xing)，以免產生(sheng)堆(dui)積和涂(tu)層不勻。噴(pen)(pen)槍(qiang)(qiang)與(yu)物面(mian)的噴(pen)(pen)射距離和垂直角(jiao)度由身體控(kong)制，噴(pen)(pen)槍(qiang)(qiang)的移動同樣(yang)要用身體來協助(zhu)臂膀的移動，不可移動手腕，但手腕要靈活。

4. The bigger the aperture is, the thicker the film is. With the same nozzle aperture, the bigger the width of the nozzle is, the thinner the film is.

漆使用高壓無氣噴涂施工注意事項：

Attentions for high pressure airless spraying construction of floor paint:

1、噴涂(tu)壓力(li)(li)和(he)流量。壓力(li)(li)與(yu)流量是成反比的(de)，流量越大，壓力(li)(li)越小。當輸(shu)入的(de)壓縮空(kong)氣的(de)壓力(li)(li)升高時，噴涂(tu)壓力(li)(li)和(he)流量也要相應(ying)增加。

1. Spraying pressure and flow rate. Pressure and flow rate are inversely proportional. The larger the flow rate, the smaller the pressure. When the pressure of compressed air is increased, the spraying pressure and flow rate will increase accordingly.2、噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)的(de)選擇。不(bu)同的(de)涂料(liao)和噴(pen)(pen)涂物所使用(yong)的(de)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)也是不(bu)同的(de)，噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)口徑決定了(le)流(liu)量的(de)大小，形狀則決定噴(pen)(pen)霧的(de)幅度。所以對于年度較高，施工面(mian)積較大的(de)涂料(liao)，就(jiu)應該選擇孔徑較大的(de)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)。

2. Selection of nozzles. Different coatings and sprays also use different nozzles. The caliber of the nozzle determines the size of the flow, and the shape determines the amplitude of the spray. 3. Viscosity and spraying pressure of floor paint. Different types of coatings have different viscosities, especially high solid coatings. For coatings with high viscosity, the spraying pressure required during construction will be relatively high.
