施工后需要判斷其質量好壞，我們可以通過以下性能指標進行判斷：1、附著力：附著力是指漆膜與被涂基材表面之間或涂層之間相互結合的能力，又稱附著性。附著力是一項重要的技術指標，是漆膜具備一系列性能的前提。附著力好的漆膜經久耐用。附著力差的漆膜容易開裂、脫落，無法使用。

指漆施工的那層漆從底層到表層都固化完全所需要的時間。一般為24小時以內。

物體表面被光照射時，光線朝一定方向反射的性能即為光澤。漆漆膜光澤是其外觀質量的重要指標之一，關系到漆膜的使用性能，常用光澤度測定儀檢測，當漆膜出現微縫、下陷和老化時，就開始失去光澤。影響漆漆膜光澤的因素很多，主要有涂料品種與性能、基材性質、涂飾方法、涂飾工藝等。

指漆漆膜在外力拉伸的情況下，單位面上上不發生斷裂或塑變所能承受的力。一般環氧砂漿地坪漆拉升強度要求不小于70Mpa。

It refers to the force that the floor paint film can bear without breaking or plastic deformation on the unit surface when it is stretched by external force. Generally, the tensile strength of epoxy mortar floor paint is not less than 70 Mpa.6、硬度

6. Hardness

硬度是地坪漆漆膜抵抗諸如碰撞、壓陷、擦劃等機械力作用的能力。 漆膜硬度高，則其表面機械強度高，耐磨性好，能耐磕碰擦劃等。但是，漆膜硬度并非越高越好，過硬的漆膜容易脆裂，影響附著力，抗沖擊強度也低。

指地坪漆在外力下不彎曲折斷單位面積所承受的力。環氧砂漿地坪漆一般要求不低于6Mpa。

Refers to the force that the floor paint bears per unit area without bending or breaking under external force. Epoxy mortar floor paint generally requires no less than 6 Mpa.8、抗沖擊性

8. Impact Resistance

指地坪漆在被體以較高的速度沖擊時所能承受的力。一般要求1KG的物體從50cm高的物體下跌落，地坪漆漆膜無損。

Refers to the force that floor paint can withstand when the quilt is impacted at a higher speed. It is generally required that a 1KG object fall from a 50cm high object and the floor paint film is undamaged.9、耐磨性

9. Wear resistance

耐磨性表示地坪漆漆膜對摩擦作用的抵抗能力。 一般要求用重750G的物體，在失重的情況下，旋轉摩擦500圈，地坪漆前后重量不超過0.02克。

10. Heat Resistance

地坪漆漆膜的耐熱性是指漆膜抵抗熱量的能力。耐熱性差的漆膜遇熱可能出現變色、失光、印痕、鼓泡、起皺、開裂等現象。

The heat resistance of the floor paint film refers to the heat resistance of the paint film. The poor heat resistance paint film may appear discoloration, loss of gloss, imprint, bubbling, wrinkling, cracking and other phenomena when heated.
